Even though it’s cold outside, a visit to Los Pekes Ice Cream at 3742 W. 63rd Street is always a good idea.  In addition to their yummy ice cream, they offer lots of sweet confections including shakes, healthy fruit drinks and really good coffee — worth going out in the cold for.  Call for hours and days at 773-801-9437.

Happy Chinese New Year!  It is the year of the snake, the sixth animal in the Chinese zodiac.  The snake symbolizes reflection, growth, and personal transformation. By embracing the snake’s wisdom, adaptability, and strategic approach, we can navigate the year with grace and achieve our full potential.  Celebrate wisely.
