Ronald “Ronnie” Kash

Ronald “Ronnie” Kash, the only child of the late Tony and the late Wanda Kash, passed away leaving behind many cousins and friends.

Ronnie had a lifelong love for the CTA and Chicago sports teams, passionately collecting memorabilia for both. Despite facing challenges, Ronnie worked his entire adult life, dedicating 30 years to Marshall Field’s on State Street and 13 years to Dominick’s Finer Foods before retiring in 2011. For the last three years of his life, he was a resident of Pavilion Health Care. Ronnie was known for his outgoing and friendly personality, always offering a cheerful hello and a wave.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral took place on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025, at 9 a.m. from Richard-Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave. (corner of Lorel), proceeding to St. Faustina Kowalska Church for a 10 a.m. Mass. Interment followed at Resurrection Cemetery.
