Rita J. Fail (nee Wojan), 91, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion. She was the beloved wife of the late Allan J. Fail, with whom she shared nearly 40 years of marriage.
Rita was the loving mother of Connie Kulevich, James Kulevich (Esparanza), and Alan Kulevich. She was a cherished grandmother to six and a proud great-grandmother to six.
Visitation was held on Monday, Jan. 13, 2025, from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral chapel service at noon at Richard-Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave. (corner of Lorel). Interment followed at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
