Michael A. Marek, 47, passed away suddenly. He was the beloved son of the late Rosemary A. (nee Kazmierski) and the late William R. Marek.
Michael was the dear brother of William E. Marek (Kathi) and Robert G. Marek (Denise). He was also a loving nephew of Jerome Kazmierski (Patricia).
As an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan, Michael’s family requested that attendees wear their best team gear to the visitation in his honor.
Visitation took place on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, from noon to 5 p.m., with a chapel service at 2 p.m., at Richard-Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave. (corner of Lorel).
