Mitchell J. Kostka, 61, died suddenly.
A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Kostka was married to Susan M. (née Pusateri) Kostka. He was the loving father of Carrie (Joseph) Bokuniewicz, Mitch (Heather), Timothy (Shannon), Christopher Kostka, and the late infant Jillian Michelle. He was a cherished “Papa” to Ava, Brody, Evie, Lily, Joey, and Cassidy.
He was formerly married to Michelle Perez. Kostka was the dear brother of Stanley (Joan), David, and James, and was preceded in death by his brothers Eugene and Christopher and his infant sister, Dawn Marie. He was the son of the late Mitchell J. and the late Geraldine (née Herold) Kostka.
Kostka worked as an electrician for I.B.E.W. Local 134. He was also a fond cousin, uncle, and friend to many.
A memorial service is planned for a later date with arrangements handled by Richard Midway Funeral Home.
