Barbara L. Bragassi, 81, of Orland Park, Illinois, formerly of Summit, Illinois, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 28, 2025, with her loving family by her side.
She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Bragassi and the devoted mother of Annette (James) Crane and John (Kimberly) Bragassi. She was a cherished grandmother to Anthony, Ronald, Bradley and Allie.
Barbara was the dear sister of Jeannette (the late Ronald) Zach and the late Ruth (the late Richard) Williams. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation was held Friday, Jan. 31, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave., Summit. A second visitation took place at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of prayers at 10 a.m. A funeral Mass followed at 10:30 a.m. at St. Daniel the Prophet Church.
Interment was at Resurrection Cemetery, Garden Mausoleum, Sacred Heart Shrine, where Barbara will be entombed alongside her beloved husband.
