Orland Township will have a decidedly Republican look when new officers take office in May.

With all but one precinct reporting, incumbent Supervisor Paul O’Grady won re-election as leader of the Orland Township Together slate.

Antonio Rubino, who ran unopposed for assessor, and Lena Matariyeh won one of the trustee seats for the Orland Township United slate.

The five other spots were won by the Orland Township Republican slate.

Republican Shannon Olson was elected clerk over incumbent Cindy Murray of the Orland Township United slate and Together candidate Reem Odeh.

Republican William Brennan was easily elected highway commissioner over John Lynch and Tracy Maureen Sullivan.

Joining Matariyeh as trustee were Republicans Kenneth Duffy, Frank Williams and Kenneth Soltis.
