On January 21, Connor Kou Kou, 21, of Kankakee, was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation and found to have a suspended driver’s license. He was issued citations and released on a notice-to-appear.
On January 21, Michael White, 38, of Beecher, was stopped for having an expired registration and found to have a suspended driver’s license. He was issued citations and released on a notice-to-appear.
On January 26, Fabiana Sulvaran-Coronel, 31, of Chicago, was stopped for failure to dim headlights and found to have never had a driver’s license. She was arrested, processed, and charged with no license, no insurance, and failure to dim headlights. She was released on a notice-to-appear.
On January 29, Jayla Tubbs, 19, of University Park, was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation, and the license plates on the vehicle were found to be suspended, along with Tubbs’ driver’s license. The passenger in the vehicle, Desiree Gibson, 21, of University Park, was wanted on a Will County arrest warrant. Tubbs was charged with driving while suspended, suspended license plates, and the equipment violation. Gibson was arrested, processed, and transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On January 31, Mazubey Melendez-Castillo, 31, of Thornton, was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation and found to be wanted on an active state police arrest warrant. She was arrested, processed, and issued a citation for the equipment violation and then transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On February 2, Karyssa Linsey, 31, of Bourbonnais, was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation and found to have a suspended driver’s license. She was charged with both offenses and released on a notice-to-appear.
