Juan Estrada, 56, of the 5700 block of West 63rd Place, was charged with burglary after police arrested him at his home at 12:37 p.m. on Jan. 11.
A witness identified Estrada as the person who broke into a nearby closed business and stole unspecified merchandise, authorities said.
