The case against Mariano Martinez, 31, and Nicacio Munoz, 34, both charged in a November double murder in Summit, is moving forward.
During a hearing on January 15, both sides agreed on a motion for discovery, allowing both parties to exchange evidence as the case moves ahead.
Their next court appearance is set for March 6 at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Martinez and Munoz are charged with first-degree murder for the deaths of 16-year-old Jaydin Bahena, a junior at Argo Community High School, and 34-year-old Jose David Rosales, a father and husband. Their tragic deaths have left a void in their respective communities.
