Luis Rey Herrera, 20, passed away on Dec. 21, 2024. Born Dec. 1, 2004, Herrera was remembered by family and friends as a compassionate and vibrant individual whose life left an indelible mark on those who knew him.
A visitation was held Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, from 2 to 8 p.m. at Szykowny Funeral Home, 4901 S. Archer Ave., Chicago. Jonathan Siedlecki, owner and director, arranged the services. Cremation was private.
Herrera’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who cherished him.
