
Orland Township and Supervisor Paul O’Grady are hosting a senior health fair to provide free health services and information to senior citizens on Tuesday, May 21, from 9 a.m. until noon at Orland Township, located at 14807 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park.
The Senior Health Fair is an excellent opportunity for seniors to receive free health services such as basic cholesterol testing, total lipid profile testing, blood pressure screenings, and hearing screenings. Seniors must make an appointment for the hearing screenings. To schedule a screening or obtain more information, please call 708-403-4222.
In addition to the health services, the fair will also provide senior-related information and giveaways. Several local organizations will be present at the fair to offer free giveaways, raffle prizes, and educational materials.
Orland Township thanks Walmart, 9265 159th St., Orland Hills, for sponsoring this event and providing select immunizations for seniors. Seniors insured by Medicare/Medicare D can receive COVID, RSV and Shingles shots.
Lunch will be provided at the fair by JourneyCare Home Health & Hospice.
