First Secure Bank & Trust of Palos Hills announced its annual May sale of 1-ounce and ¼-ounce American Eagle Gold Coins, produced by the U.S. Mint, will take place from 10 a.m.to noon on Saturdays, May 4, May 11, May 18 and May 25.
The sale will take place at First Secure Bank & Trust’s Palos Hills Banking Center, 10360 S. Roberts Road in Palos Hills.
Customers can purchase up to four of the 1-ounce coins or eight of the ¼-ounce coins per household. Customers with money on deposit for at least 30 days at any First Secure Bank & Trust banking center can purchase up to 10 1-ounce coins or 20 ¼-ounce coins per household with a check.
Non-customers can also purchase a maximum of four 1-ounce coins or eight of the ¼-ounce coins per household with cash only.
