Joyce H. O’Neill (née Kavalauskas), a resident of Summit, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025.
She was the loving mother of Kevin and Brian O’Neill and was preceded in death by her son, Daniel O’Neill. She was a much-loved grandmother to Alannah, Tori, Erica, Nathan, Lillian, and Patrick.
Joyce was the dear sister of Jeane (Donald) Hamelka and Bill Kavalauskas and was preceded in death by her sister, Judy (late Frank) Bruno. She was also a fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation in celebration of Joyce’s life will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th Street just west of Harlem).
Inurnment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at a later date.
She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by her family and friends.
